Makes 1 jar of blueberry marmalade.
- 500 g blueberries
- 250 g sugar
- ½ lemon, juice only
- 1 vanilla pod
How to do it
- Place all ingredients in a wide pot and cook for about 15 minutes or until it reaches a temperature of 105C.
- Store in a jar in the fridge.
