Apple & Rosemary

Serves 4


  • 3 apples, in wedges
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 twig of rosemary
  • 1 twig of lavender
  • 3 tbsp thick cream
  • Marigold flowers and thinly sliced raw apple for garnish

How to do it

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the cream, in a hot pan. Cook on medium high heat for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add the cream and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve hot as it is or together with ice cream. Garnish with marigolds and thinly sliced apple.
