- 3 apples, in wedges
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 twig of rosemary
- 1 twig of lavender
- 3 tbsp thick cream
- Marigold flowers and thinly sliced raw apple for garnish
How to do it
- Place all of the ingredients, except the cream, in a hot pan. Cook on medium high heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cream and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot as it is or together with ice cream. Garnish with marigolds and thinly sliced apple.
