Glazed Cherries & Cheese

Makes 1 small jar of compote.


  • 500 g sour cherries, pitted
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

How to do it

  1. In a pot or a pan cook the honey and cinnamon until lightly golden.
  2. Add cherries and cook for 15 minutes or until the texture is like a light sirup.
  3. Allow it to cool down and serve with toast and cheese.
